When you request an asset review, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, the asset's general location and home type, bedroom count if provided, and the operating goals you describe. We also process limited source-page, request, browser and security information needed for reliable enquiry delivery and service protection. This website is designed for asset and contact details; please keep payment-card details, passwords, passports and identity documents private.
We use the information to respond to the enquiry, understand the asset, prepare an appropriate initial review, protect the form, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. Providing information is voluntary; fields marked as required enable us to identify the request and respond through the form.
Only authorised M&L personnel and service providers who need the information for these purposes may receive it. The normalised enquiry is transmitted from the M&L website server to Synix, which is the operational enquiry-management system. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and verification signals when bot protection is enabled. We do not sell personal information and disclose it otherwise only where authorised or required by law.
The website sends the enquiry through a protected server endpoint and does not expose the Synix credential to the browser. M&L and its providers use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, resolve a dispute, protect the service or meet legal obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention process.
You may use the secure request form below to ask whether M&L holds personal information about you and request access to or correction of it. If a correction is not made, you may ask for a statement of correction to be attached. If you are not satisfied with M&L's response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz. This policy will be updated if our services, providers or legal obligations change.
The website may process limited technical data needed for security, reliability and basic operation. Any future analytics or marketing technology must be reflected in this policy before it is enabled.
